Problems logging in in Lynda.com

I am having problems as I can not log in into Lynda.com. It appears that there is a problem with the log in through the UTS access credentials.

Interesting. It seems like it's still working on campus, at least for me... are you off campus? If so I'll place a ticket into our enquiries system on your behalf and let you know what happens.

When I try to login to Lynda, after I put the Organization name, it logs me in with Linkedin. I even tried in incognito mode. It doesn't let me enter my student ID.

HI Azadeh,

I've just tried logging onto LinkedIn Learning (the new Lynda) now - the way it works is like this

1. Connect to Lynda

2. When offered the upgrade - select the 'Get Started' button

3. Go up to the Sign in button and select that

4. On the sign in page select 'sign in with your organization account'

5. Enter your email address

6. That should do it (you'll be asked to select some favourite topics to learn, but after you do that you'll see both a UTS logo in the top right and also an icon saying 'me')

That's how it worked for me anyway, let me know if it doesn't work for you

Update: After the above steps, I got a reactivate email and successfully log in to Linkedin Learning.

which email address i have to use. I registered Linkedin with Gmail and i tried both gmail and student mail. But both of them are not working. It shows Your email doesn’t have an account. Ask your company administrator to get you a seat on LinkedIn Learning."  What should i do?

Hi Joel, 

You will need to register with your UTS email address to register with LinkedIn Learning so they know that you belong to UTS. If you are still having difficulties with your UTS email, can you please send us your information via email as we will need to ask you for personal information. I have a problem loggin in as well, Linkedin Leanring can't find my profile and pop up the below message,

"We couldn't find a LinkedIn account associated with %my student email adderss%"
