Grammarly registration not working


I haven't used grammarly in a while so I went to sign up again and re-enter in the new access code but it seems like it just keeps doing a loop.

I sign up, enter my student email and then access code.. then it prompts a message saying:

"Your current email address is a**************@student.uts.edu.au, but only email addresses with a University of Technology Sydney domain are eligible for this enterprise license. If you have an eligible email address, please use it to create a new account."

Not sure if I'm going crazy but I'm pretty sure that is my email with a UTS domain.. I've even tried it with my student number. Nothing seems to work.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

When creating a new account do the following:


Name: Joe blogs

Email: Domain must be either @student.uts.edu.au or @uts.edu.au

Password:UTSABC (can be anything of your choice)


Click on the 'Sign up' button and you should get a pop-up message stating "please check your email"


After you created the account please check your email to see if you are sent a confirmation email.

When you click on the link in your confirmation email you will also be asked to enter an access code which can be found via the UTS catalogue Grammarly link
