Case reference
If a book uses a case prepared by another author, should I referenced it as 'case author, year, cited in XX ' or I just make in-text citation as ' book author, year, page'?

Hi Wen
Hi Wen
If you only read the case from the book, then you need to reference this book and indicate the page number where the case comes from when you have quotations from the case. In the text, you also need to mention who prepared the case.
Please see the details for 'Quote from a work citing another author' at

Hope this helps,
