Building 11 Pod booking does not sync

I recently book meeting pod in building 11 and there is a problem between online booking that does not synce with the pod booking itself. For example some time there are guys book the pod from the panel outside that match to my online booking throught UTS Room Booking. We confuse about who have the right to book the room. Please check this issue. I think the pod Walk up meeting should sync with the online Room Booking so this inconvinience won't happen in the future. Thank you.

Thanks for reporting this to us Harry. I'm not entirely sure what the solution to this problem is so I've referred your enquiry to another librarian. When I hear back from him I'll write again here and let you know what's happenning.
