Here are the steps:

• Launch Zotero.
• If you are on a PC, go to Edit > Preferences > Cite > Styles >  
• (If you are on a Mac, go to Zotero > Preferences > Cite > Styles >)
• Check to see if you already have American Psychological Association 7^th Edition listed in there. 
• If not, click Get Additional Styles. In the Title Search box, type APA and press Enter. 
• From the results list, click on American Psychological Association 7^th Edition and add it to your list of styles.

I have the same question for Endnote please? How can I update it to APA 7th? This style doesn't appear as a choice in Endnote. Do I need to download it? If so, from where?
