Balancing your time

Leading a well-rounded life also means taking into account the needs we have outside of being productive – this includes our relationships with friends and family, homes, hobbies, education, work and health.

There is only so much time in a day and doing things to the best of your ability takes time.

If you are expecting yourself to do too many things, you run the risk of burning out. In this 30 minute session learn how to find your balance.
