Week 4 | CREATIVITY & COMPASSION: Visualisation and metta

    This week is about visualisation to help transform the brain and form new networks. It aids neuroplasticity -our ability to adapt, form and reorganise synaptic connections. We will strengthen creativity by visualising a light out of the heart that fills up the entire body and close with a the repetition of compassionate phrases in the mind, a classic foundation of the Vipassaná meditation style.

    These sessions are about you, it is your time to relax and re-centre. Make yourself comfortable by sitting in your favourite chair, and feel welcome to keep your camera off. Please feel welcome to engage in questions at the end.
