Week 3 | GROUNDING: Body scanning

    This week we are leaving the external behind and going inwards. There are so many sensations that the body is experiencing that we are too busy with our days to notice. By bringing attention into each body part we can reconnect with the things that we are missing. We find a sense of being that is much deeper than who the mind believes we are.

    These sessions are about you, it is your time to relax and re-centre. Make yourself comfortable by sitting in your favourite chair, and feel welcome to keep your camera off. Please feel welcome to engage in questions at the end.
