Santa has graciously agreed to fit UTS Library into his busy schedule once again this year.

UTS Staff and Students are invited to stop by and snap a picture with Santa on the 28th of November 2025, before he heads back to the North Pole.

Bring your friends, team and a gold coin donation for Youth Off The Streets and help spread Christmas cheer!

Day: November 28th 2025

Time: 12pm - 2:30pm

Location: UTS Library Reading Room (Building 2 Level 5)

Accessible entry via Jones St, a lift is available to take you to level 5

Bring: A gold coin donation

No need to register! Just join us on the day, have your pic taken and take home a printed copy and digital copy!

Once you've got your photo with Santa why not head across to the final FFYE forum for the year - an exploration into the innovations and next steps in assessment in the era of GenAI.

The forum is open to all UTS staff and students and will include a keynote from Jan McLean on her recent work with TEQSA and research on Student Voice on the use of GenAI, presentations from ten FFYE grants projects exploring the stages and adaptations of Gen AI in subject assessment and conclude with a staff and student panel on learnings and further questions for the future.
