From 11pm Saturday 24 October to approximately 6am (AEST) Sunday 25 October, access to readings and resources on the UTS Library catalogue will be unavailable as the vendor completes critical infrastructure updates to the catalogue system.
Accessing Library resources during the interruptions
During the service interruption you will still be able to:
- access the Library website
- browse Study Guides and Referencing Guides for specific research and referencing advice
- use the LibKey browser extension to access Open Access articles and journals
- watch online tutorials(External link) for tips on using the Library, searching for information, referencing and more.
Plan ahead
We encourage you to plan ahead or wait until the upgrade is completed if you are needing to access your subject readings or browse the Library catalogue for journals, databases and resources.
During the service interruptions:
- the Library catalogue may be unavailable and you will instead reach a maintenance placeholder page.
- your Reading List resources linked on Canvas may not be available
Returning to normal access
Once the infrastructure upgrade is completed you will be able to access all Library systems as normal. This is expected to occur from 6am Sunday 25 October.
