Adobe Photoshop is the industry standard in graphics editing, used for creating and enhancing photographs, illustrations, and artwork. With Photoshop you can compose, edit, and manipulate images across multiple layers using masks, transparencies, and colour spaces.
This 90 minute session is perfect for beginners to Photoshop or for those who want to learn new approaches and experiment with newly released features. Follow along in this hands-on class to learn how to:
- Navigate and customize the Photoshop interface
- Use basic tools of Photoshop to edit photographs
- Edit and manipulate images using the Contextual taskbar
- Save and export images for various print and digital outputs

Adobe software will be available on UTS computers during the session. If you'd like to use your own device, please ensure you have an existing Adobe Creative Cloud subscription or active free trial. Discounted yearly Adobe Subscriptions are available via MyMonitor for UTS Students.
