From Monday 4 to Friday 15, December the entrance to the Library (level 7) will be getting a makeover, with new furniture and service points going in to make your Library visits even better.
While some things might look a little different at first, entry to the Library (level 7) will remain unaffected during opening hours.
While we're setting up the space
- You can still find a spot to study in the Library (levels 7 to 9) or Reading Room (entry via level 5).
- Entry to the Library (levels 7-9) is still available through the main entry gates.
- You may notice some disruptions to seating, furniture and the service desk located at the entrance to the Library.
- The Library Retrieval System (LRS) requests and holds can be collected from further inside the Library (level 7).
- Any building works will be carried out outside of opening hours to ensure any noise disruption is kept to a minimum during the upgrades.
Getting help
Our friendly Library staff will still be available near the entrance to help you, or you can chat with someone from the Library online for one-on-one support with finding academic resources, using the Library, referencing, and completing your assignments.
